Where music meets
the earth
We are more than musicians. We are listeners to the rhythm of the sea, the whisper of the wind, and the pulse of the planet we call home.
Music can lead small but meaningful changes for the Earth
Rooted on Jeju Island, EcoMusician brings together musicians who believe that performance can do more than entertain. We connect music, environmental awareness, and sustainable practice to help audiences listen more closely to the natural world.
Through our eco-conscious concerts, we transform performances into acts of care — using low-waste materials, digital programmes, mindful staging, and music that reflects our bond with nature.
But our work goes beyond the stage. We explore how sound, culture, and the environment shape one another, and how music can inspire people to feel, reflect, and act for a more sustainable future.
Core Values
Listen to Place
We begin with attentive listening — to wind, water, forests, coastlines, and the communities shaped by them. Natural sound is not just inspiration; it is evidence of place, memory, and ecological change.
Create Across Disciplines
We bring music, environmental science, storytelling, and sustainable design into one creative process. Through ecomusicology, we study ecological issues and transform them into performances, compositions, and public awareness.
Perform with Responsibility
We design concerts that reflect the environmental message they carry. From low-waste staging to reusable materials, greener catering, and transparent impact tracking, we aim to make sustainability visible in the way performances are produced.
Resonate Beyond the Stage
We believe performance should move people beyond the concert hall. By connecting young musicians, audiences, schools, and environmental partners, we turn local artistic action into wider ecological awareness.
Students united by a shared love for music and our planet
From this small island, we raise our voices for a greener world, hoping our song will echo far beyond the horizon. We invite anyone who shares our vision to join us on this journey.
